Acetomodena's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Goccia Nera is produced according to a traditional and natural method, using only cooked grape must and wine vinegar, with no added caramel, colouring agents or preservatives. Like all Acetomodena vinegars, it contains a level of sulphites of less than 10 mg/litre, which is why the label does not state ‘contains sulphites’. With its intense aroma and balanced taste, it is the ideal vinegar for everyday use in the kitchen: perfect on boiled vegetables, white meats, marinades and roasts. Density: 1.18.
